Hi Families!
I am happy to announce that we are officially mask-free at church school! Families have the option of doing whatever works best for their children, (either in masks or without masks) but now the masking is optional. We will still continue to keep the windows open to allow for fresh air circulation and we will still social distance whenever possible as well as sanitize all items regularly.
This year we will be celebrating Palm Sunday together as a church family in the sanctuary. We will also be spending Easter with our families in the sanctuary. On both of those Sundays there will be NO church school and NO nursery coverage so please plan accordingly.
We will have our annual Easter egg hunt (weather permitting) on the side lawn of the church for all church school kiddos on Saturday, April 16th at 11 am. Bring your own basket or bag to collect your treats in!
The last Sunday of every month is Hymn Sing from 9:15-9:30 in the sanctuary. Starting Sunday, 3/27 the children will be invited to stay in the sanctuary for a hymn sing and at 9:30 will be dismissed by the CE coordinator to their classrooms. This will happen on the last Sunday of every month- we look forward to joining the church family again and seeing everyone’s smiling, singing, faces! It’s been a long two years but we made it through, God is good!
