Women’s Retreat – May 13-15th 2016
Our lives are varied. Some of us are busy meeting the demands of family and/or work responsibilities.
Others are adjusting to retirement and all the changes that that brings about. Regardless of where we find ourselves at this time in our lives , we can all benefit from the opportunity to stop, rest, and reflect.
On Friday, May 13,2016, we will gather at the Grotonwood Retreat Center for our 5th women’s retreat,
returning home after breakfast and communion on Sunday. As in the past Rev. Sally Mason Calhoun will be our leader, this time guiding us in the study and reflection of Lydia: Exploring Work and Spirituality.
We have come together throughout the years- at service and coffee hours, for Yankee Street Fair and Women’s Fellowship. The retreat is yet another opportunity to be together in friendship and reflection. Won’t you consider joining us?
The estimated cost of the retreat will be $175.oo per person (which covers the cost of breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday, as well as our lodging at Grotonwood). Julie Gagnon and
Sandi Thibodeau will be taking reservations. A deposit of $50.00 will be requested at that time. To defray the cost for all who attend, interested women of the church will be hosting coffee hours over the next few months.
